Rental Management /Key Holding

Key holding  is paid for before a property can be taken over the following prices apply.

       2 Bedroom Apartment 300 Euros per year

       3 Bedroom APartment 300 Euros per year

       2 Bedroom Villa 350 Euros per year

       3 Bedroom Villa 400 Euros per year

       4/5 Bedroom Villas price to be negotiated with owner.

The property will be checked on a regular basis to make sure that all is well and also to flush the

 toilets and run some water down the drains to prevent smells.

Plants cannot be maintained and it is recommended that an irrigation system is put in place if you

have plants that need to be watgered regulally.

Rental Management will be as follows:

Clients will need to make prior arrangements before leaving the Uk with us so that we know where

and when we will meet the client. Clients needing transport from the airport will also need to make prior

arrangements and this is subject to availability. A taxi can be booked if necessary.

 

On meeting and greeting the clients at the property the clients will be shown around and given instructions

on all the various elecrtical appliances ie: TV, air-con , water heater,alarms etc.

 

The clients will be provided with useful contact numbers and places to visit via a booklet left inside the

property.

 

Once the clients leave we will complete the following:

 

      Cleaning of terrace areas and garden furniture.

      All Laundery and bedding will be removed and laundered.

 

If there is any problems with the property this will be reported to you at our earliest opportunity. If there

are any urgent repairs this will be completed but we will always make every effort to contact you first.

 

  

Prices

 

Full clean 2 Bedroom Apartment  50.00 Euros

 

Laundry 6 Euros per person.
